For Valentine's Day

An excerpt from our wedding ceremony:

God created us male and female,

and gives us marriage

so that husband and wife may help and comfort each other,

living faithfully together in need and in plenty,

in sorrow and in joy,

in sickness and in health,

throughout all their days.

God gives us marriage

for the well being of human society,

for the ordering of family life,

and for the birth and nurture of children.

God gives us marriage as a holy mystery

in which a man and woman are joined together

and become one.

I truly believe that getting married was the best decision I have ever made. Eric is my very best friend and without my love for him I would have never had Annie.
